Meet Tia, our little sun worshipper. She was found as stray puppy in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The shelters in Puerto Rico were very overcrowded and they sent her to the Howard County Animal Shelter. We immediately fell in love with her and she's been a member of our family for almost 5 years now. Tia absolutely loves laying out and working on her tan every chance she gets.
